I have 3 plans to share with my peers when I get to DC: 1. "Davis Money Plan" to build and maintain all roads and bridges without taxing or borrowing and end all vehicle fuel and axle taxes, thus saving consumers billions of dollars. 2. My Energy Plan maximizes conservation and efficiency and profitably reduces millions of tons of pollution. 3. STOP THE DRUG WAR - which was implemented by President Nixon in 1971 to destroy black people. Drugs are a health matter and as long as the DRUG WAR exists no one is safe.
